The structure of this cuvée recalls the grace of the Carnation, an emblematic motif of Art Nouveau. Its notes evoke the delicacy of this flower.
THE EYE
A lovely golden tint evoking a sunset.
THE NOSE
Primary aromas marked by a lovely floral freshness which evolves towards white fruit like poached pear, as well as citrus, with zest of lemon and orange.
THE PALATE
The opening is precise and full of freshness thanks to notes of lemon zest and to minerality.
We were fascinated by the test that Perrier-Jouët is doing related to regenerative viticulture. That was our starting point of a long process that almost lasted two years. This projet aims to demonstrate how design can reconnect with nature.

Maison Perrier-Jouët has joined forces with the Formafantasma design studio to create an exclusive gift set perfect for special occasions. Housing two champagne glasses and a Belle Epoque Brut 2016 vintage cuvée, this elegant case was designed by Andrea Trimarchi and Simone Farresin, the artists behind the Milan-based studio, as part of a long-term collaboration with Perrier-Jouët.
Maison Perrier-Jouët is renowned not only for the floral style of its champagnes but also its founders’ passion for botany and their special relationship with art. In the Perrier-Jouët vineyards, the Formafantasma duo has designed an architectural masterpiece inspiring a dialogue between mankind and the local flora and fauna. This initiative is reflected in the colourful artwork that adorns the flutes and gift set and evokes the various flora and fauna that can be found in the Perrier-Jouët vineyards, embellished with golden highlights.
