Limited Edition Belle Epoque Cocoon Rosé Formafantasma
2014

“Perrier-Jouët Belle Epoque Rosé is a fascinating cuvée – subtle and delicate, yet also warm and embracing, as if it were wrapping you in silk.”
THE EYE
A sparkling, luminous pale pink.
THE NOSE
Delicate aromas of red fruit – pomegranate, raspberry and Gariguette strawberry – and black fruit, such as blackcurrant and crème de cassis.
THE PALATE
Subtle floral notes of orange blossom and elderberry, and overtones of fruit, complemented by soft spices, such as cumin and green pepper.

We were fascinated by the test that Perrier-Jouët is doing related to regenerative viticulture. That was our starting point of a long process that almost lasted two years. This projet aims to demonstrate how design can reconnect with nature.

THE COLLABORATION
In 2024, in a grand reinterpretation of Art Nouveau’s veneration of nature, the renowned design studio of Formafantasma is partnering with the House to develop the designers’ vision of an interactive work of architecture for both humans and wildlife.

This wine’s combination of richness and delicacy reminds me of the texture of a ranunculus – preferably a beautiful pale pink one, similar in colour to Perrier-Jouët Belle Epoque Rosé.
