Pinot Noir grapes from Mailly-Champagne in particular have an elegance and finesse that harmonise perfectly with our signature chardonnay from Grand Cru terroirs in the Côte des Blancs. They therefore enhance, rather than overwhelm, the delicate floral structure of the wine.

A MINIMALIST APPROACH

Made from paper pulp and vine cuttings (≈5%), Belle Epoque Cocoon was designed to enhance the bottle and offer an organic feel. Incredibly lightweight and streamlined in style, it was made using as few resources as possible.

Belle Epoque Brut 2014

Belle Epoque Brut 2014 is housed in a gift set inspired by nature – an elegant cocoon made from natural materials and specially designed for the house’s vintage cuvées.
This case symbolises Maison Perrier-Jouët’s commitments to limit its impact on biodiversity, which include initiatives such as managing all of Perrier-Jouët’s vineyards according to the principles of regenerative viticulture by 2030.
The Cocoon is made from paper pulp and 5% vine cuttings. Weighing just 49 grams, this original, minimalist case protects the cuvée in style.
Once opened, the gift set reveals the iconic Belle Epoque Brut bottle decorated with a host of white Japanese anemones. In the glass, the wine’ pale golden colour is accompanied by floral and fruity aromas, with the latter following through to the palate.
