Perrier-jouët Takes You On A Journey To Hong Kong With The Banquet Of Nature Pop-up 


Hosted in proud partnership with pop-up hub Tatler Dining Kitchen and famed chef The Bombay East Indian Girl – these enchanting nightly showcases pay homage to the pure wonder of nature, art and gastronomy marrying Perrier-Jouët ’s indelible champagne with progressive South Asian gastronomy and contemporary art piece by Misher’Traxler.


The Bombay East Indian Girl, Samaira Kavatkar, presents an innovative pairing menu deeply rooted in her Mumbai home, where secret family recipes and refined Mediterranean influences are blended with fresh seasonal ingredients, for slow food at its very finest. The full menu is presented below, each course perfectly paired with Perrier-Jouet’s exclusive cuvees, including  Perrier-Jouët Grand Brut, Blanc de Blancs, Blason Rosé and Belle Epoque.

Besides exclusive gastronomy experience, you will find surrounding sensory experiences that reveal the art of nature.


First, renowned Austrian design studio Mischer’Traxler has adorned the location with Curiosity Cloud, an avant-garde installation, commissioned by Maison Perrier-Jouet and originally featured at Design Miami. Comprising dangling mouth-blown glass bulbs, each encases a hand-fabricated ‘insect’, the surrounding effect recreating nature’s swirling light and soundscapes. Then, besides the interactive art piece, the sensory wall is showcasing perfume matching the tasting notes of the various Perrier-Jouët cuvees for a unique tasting journey.

The Banquet of Nature experience is a testament to art, gastronomy, and nature’s beauty,  in its many forms.
