the House brings you Beauting by Perrier-Jouët.
Effervescent and sensual... the champagne tasting ceremony reveals the myriad marvels of the art of blending – an art mastered by the Cellar Master of the House of Perrier-Jouët and which lends a touch of the sublime to the culinary creations with which it is paired. To pay tribute to this art, the House has created Beauting by Perrier-Jouët, a gastronomy reinvented around the aromatic palette of its five cuvees.
An innovative approach to matching wines and dishes, combining aesthetic and sensory emotions, turning each plate into a work of art to awaken the senses and delight the spirit. Last February, the best Spanish chefs and a number of wine experts met at the Basque Culinary Centre to try out this innovative concept, before it was launched in the greatest Spanish restaurants.
