Belle Epoque - Anemone

The BELLE ÉPOQUE – ANÉMONE collection is inspired by the anemones that grace the bottle of the famous Cuvée Belle Epoque and were designed for Perrier-Jouët in 1902 by Emile Gallé, the master glassworker of the Art Nouveau movement. The collection also draws inspiration from the decorative themes and silverware created by Christofle in 1900 and displayed in the Bouilhet Christofle Museum.

The artist

CHRISTOFLE

Christofle's Haute Orfèvrerie activity uses only traditional techniques and its products are entirely handcrafted. Its revered master silversmiths are the guardians of the lasting quality of Christofle's expertise.

Two of Christofle's craftsmen have been recognised as "Meilleurs Ouvriers de France" in planishing and chasing. This irreplaceable human capital—Christofle's living heritage—is invested in highly qualified craftsmen and handed down from master to pupil. The silversmiths make their own tools, shaping them specially for their own use.
